DAY TREATMENT & TRAINING – ADULT

This service provides specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, social interaction and behavioral training for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Agency will provide service that includes Developed teaching strategies for adults with developmental disabilities based on the ISP outcomes (approved by the member and the team). The goal of this service, which is not limited to training and supervision is designed to increase and maintain socialization and adaptive skills, while encouraging community participation.

DAY TREATMENT & TRAINING – AFTER SCHOOL

This program provides weekday options for school-aged members with developmental disabilities and teaches them based on their ISP outcomes. The program offers individual attention within a structured, supportive environment; and the program promotes recreational, interpersonal, and life skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Hands-on learning is offered through recreational, community, and education-based activities such as fieldtrips with the goal of fostering self-esteem, increasing social and community safety, initiating development of new daily living skills, and decreasing or eliminating behaviors that challenge and/or disrupt positive relationships.

DAY TREATMENT & TRAINING – SUMMER

The program offers weekday options for school-aged members with developmental disabilities during the summer months. The program promotes recreational, interpersonal, and life skills in a fun, safe and supportive environment by including activities that offer educational and cultural enrichment. Hands-on learning is offered through recreational, community, and education-based activities and field trips with the goal of fostering self-esteem, increasing social and community safety, initiating development of new daily living skills, and decreasing or eliminating behaviors that challenge and/or disrupt positive relationships.
