DEVELOPMENTAL HOMES
Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC will provide assistance, education, and sponsoring families or single persons who have chosen to share their home and family environment to improve the life of an individual with disabilities. ACCSS mission is to provide person-centered, quality-driven, and family-friendly services. Our Licensing Worker will help guide you through the Arizona state-mandated licensing process from start to finish and will be accessible and helpful at all times. ACCSS will ensure your licensing packet is submitted on time as soon as we receive it. We will carefully pursue a compatible placement for you and your family. Our licensing worker will continue offering our families transitional support and help as needed.
ADULT DEVELOPMENTAL HOMES (ADH)
ACCSS Adult Developmental Home is a family home in the community that provides support and a healthy living environment that meets the physical, cultural, and emotional needs of up to three members.
Services will include but not be limited to:
¨ Room and Board
¨ Daily nutritious meals/snacks
¨ Assist with Habilitation goals
¨ Assist with daily living needs
¨ Cleaning
¨ Transportation
¨ Medication Administration
CHILD DEVELOPMENT FOSTER HOME (CDH)
ACCSS Child Developmental Home is a family home in the community that provides support and a healthy living environment that meets the physical, cultural, and emotional needs of up to three members. Services will include but not be limited to:
– Room and Board
– Daily nutritious meals/snacks
– Assist with Habilitation goals
– Assist with daily living needs
– Cleaning
– Transportation
– Medication Administration
