ALL GROUP HOME
ACCSS will provide a safe, healthy living environment for our members. Our homes function like traditional family homes, which meet the physical, cultural and emotional needs of up to four members and are staffed with Direct Care Professionals 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
ACCSS residential homes are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) and monitored by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Our staff are highly trained to support the organization’s ongoing effort to encourage independence, assist with activities of daily living, and improve social interactions. Each of our homes has an unmarked dedicated vehicle to ensure the safe transportation of our members as needed daily.

GROUP SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT & CENTER BASED EMPLOYMENT.
Group Supported Employment (GSE) ACCSS provides supervision and support in an integrated employment setting in the community. We are partners with local businesses to provide GSE opportunities in the following areas: retail stores, restaurant/hospitality, janitorial services, warehouse and customer service, and grocery stores.
Individual Supported Employment (ISE) ACCSS provides job development assistance in matching members with their desired competitive employment setting in the community and time-limited job coaching supports designed to help members maintain successful employment.
Center-Based Employment (CBE) ACCSS provides center-based job, supervision, and support for members. Our members are trained to work with a team or independently at the center. We will provide a job coach as needed until our member masters the job assigned.
ACCSS will provide job assistance to increase members’ skills:
- – Mopping
- – Vacuuming
- – Cleaning and Dusting
- – Emptying trash and replacing trash bags
