Mission

Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC’s priority is to provide excellent professional services and support for individuals with Developmental Disabilities who receives Home and Community Based Service, Day Program, and Day Treatment Training). ACCSS is established to lend a helping hand and quality services to the less privileged and people with developmental disabilities in our community. Our goals are to provide services needed so that they can attain or maintain a safe and sanitary living condition, maintain a personal cleanliness, and activities of daily living. At ACCSS, we are committed to making sure that our members acquire knowledge and skills to be valued members of their community based on their own choices by providing training to increase or maintain the member’s self-help, socialization and adaptive skills to participate successfully in their family and in their own community.

Arizona Comfort Care Social Services is hiring for an Office Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant. Candidate must be honest, dependable, hardworking, recognize client services, team-player, have some familiarity with Home and Community Based Social Services through (DDD — Division of Developmental Disabilities).

Rate: $14.00-$16.00 hourly (full-time)

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to Vendor Calls
  • Fill in as back-up
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Answer phones, return voice mail messages and direct calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Schedule and prepare office meetings
  • Clerical work (copy, scan, file, etc.)
  • Conduct INTAKE Interview with potential clients
  • Follow up on client calls
  • Assist with trainings
  • Other projects as assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements

  • High school or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Friendly, competent, dependable, and quick learner
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Must be able to obtain Arizona State fingerprint clearance card
  • Willing to be trained for other required trainings
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking, but not required
